The YWCA Scamper Program is a fun, engaging experience designed especially with younger children in mind. At Scamper, children discover, explore, get creative and have fun! Three to four year olds swim two days a week, take small walking field trips, welcome special guests, and enjoy theme days that inspire creative art, reading books and playing outside! Each week is chock full of activities to make any preschooler smile!

our camps for older youth
At the YWCA we believe that summer should be fun, exciting and filled with the best memories!
Our camp community feels like coming home to your childhood neighborhood; it’s a place where every kid fits in just as s/he is. Your child will have an amazing time with camp buddies each day while still being true to his or her unique personality and interests. Each and every child will come home tired for all of the right reasons and wake up the next morning ready to charge into the next adventure!
Campers will be adventuring with the most amazing staff team there is. Our staff members work year-round in childcare; not just in our summer camp. Their wealth of experience and skills are above and beyond what you find in other camps. Fast and furious friendships and a connected community of parents and families are the mainstay of all YWCA youth programs; this program is no exception.
