The YWCA Newburyport is very excited to launch our newly renovated group exercise spaces. Come in today for a tour and check out the new Group Exercise Room and Spin Room. The YWCA offers classes for all fitness levels and populations, including Barre, Yoga, Group Strength, Spin, Zumba, Zumba Gold, and a variety of “Fit for All” classes that incorporate cardio, strength training, balance, core and so much more. We also offer classes in-person and virtually via Zoom.
An added bonus to the new spaces is that all rooms are equipped with Mitsubishi UV disinfectant lighting. See photos below:
